This creamy formula allows for some play time to smoke and smudge, before it sets into a vivid and intense matte black. Made with a gel gliding applicator, this is gel liner in a pencil without the need for a brush!

The Obsidian Black Eyeliner works best with as little skin oil as possible, so if you are of an oily or combination skin type you may find this product can flake off. Best use:
How to use: Apply directly to a primed or clean upper lid in small soft strokes or one single stroke. 

Do not use on top of other products such as eyeshadow. Use brush or fingers to blend out for a smokey look, allowing to set for 1 minute. Apply eyeshadow on top if wanting to deepen the eyeshadow colour.
