Delivery and Returns

We ship around the world.

Our standard shipping service is 3-5 working days.

We also offer a 1-3 working day option.

International shipping is available.

Orders placed before 1pm will usually be dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after this time or on a non-working day will be processed the next working day.

All orders are tracked. You will have received a link in your dispatch email.

If the item is faulty then we will cover the cost of your return.

Ordering and Payment

Stock on the website will be updated as soon as new items become available.

Please join the Pip Collective to receive email newsletters containing all our latest offers and discounts.

An automatic confirmation is issued for every order. Please check your Junk folder if you have not received this.

Unfortunately once an order has been placed it cannot be amended or cancelled. Please return any unwanted items in accordance with our Returns policy.

If you have created an account you can log in to the website to see your order history. This option is not available for orders placed without an account.

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible once a return has been received.

Funds can take up to 5 working days to reach your original method of payment once processed.

Products

No! None of our products are tested on animals.

Most of our products are vegan. Look for full ingredients lists on every product page.

No, all of our products are paraben-free.
