To request a return please visit our Contact Us page, select 'Returns' as the subject and send a message that includes your order number and the reason for your return.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund issued, except where goods are faulty or you have been sent the wrong item due to our error.
There are certain situations where refunds cannot be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If the item was delivered directly to you as a gift, please note we can only send a refund to the purchaser.
