Best use:
Ensure the brow area is always clean and dry before commencing. Shake the liner before use. Store the pen in a downwards vertical position when not in use to prevent it from drying.
How to use:
- Outline brow shape with the upper felt tip to the desired shape.
- Fill in brows with the upper felt tip, brushing upwards and outwards in the direction of the hair growth, covering any sparse areas.
- Intensify and comb through the brows with the entire felt tip upwards and outwards in the direction of the hair growth until desired depth and colour is reached.
