Who can apply to the affiliate programme?

UK-based creators who are 18+, with at least 1,000 followers on Instagram or TikTok and a focus on beauty, lifestyle, or fashion.

How do I join?

Click “Apply Now” and fill out the form with your social handle(s), email, and a short intro. Our team will get back to you within 3–5 business days if you’re a fit.

Is there a minimum follower count to join?

Yes — you need at least 1,000 followers on Instagram or TikTok.

Do I need to be based in the UK?

Yes, this programme is currently open to UK-based influencers only.

Can I work with other beauty brands too?

Yes — this is a non-exclusive partnership. You’re free to work with other brands as long as your content remains aligned and authentic when featuring Pippa of London.

Can I rejoin if I was previously removed?

If removal was due to inactivity, you can reapply after 3 months. Removal for misuse (e.g. code-sharing, self-referrals) may result in permanent exclusion.

Can I request specific shades or products for gifting?

We’ll always try to tailor your welcome gift and future bundles based on your preferences and skin tone — feel free to note this in your onboarding form or by email.

What kind of content do I need to post?

We ask that you:

• Post 1x Instagram Reel and 1x TikTok within 2 weeks of onboarding
• Continue with 1x monthly post featuring Pippa of London (gifted or purchased)
• Tag @pippaoflondon and use hashtags like #ad, #gifted, or #affiliate

How does product gifting work?

All new affiliates receive an onboarding gift. Ongoing gifting is based on content quality, brand tone alignment, and your engagement or sales performance

Do I have to send in my content files?

Submitting content via WeTransfer is optional, but encouraged if you’d like to be featured in paid campaigns, whitelisting, or our brand channels.

Is there a deadline for the first post?

Yes — your first content must go live within 2 weeks of receiving your gifted products.

Can I use photos instead of videos?

We prefer video content (Reels/TikToks), but additional static posts or carousel formats can complement your monthly content.

What happens if I don’t post each month?

You may be removed from the programme if inactive or if required content is repeatedly missed.

Will I receive campaign briefs or guidance?

Yes, for seasonal or product launch campaigns. Monthly content remains flexible and based on your voice.

How do commissions work?

You’ll earn 20% commission on the net value of all referred orders (excluding VAT, shipping, discounts, and returns). Payouts are monthly, via PayPal once your total hits the £50 threshold.

Can I earn commission on my own orders?

No — personal orders must use your 30% discount code, and do not qualify for commission. Using your public referral code or link on personal purchases may lead to removal from the programme.

What’s the difference between my personal code and referral code?

• Personal code (30%) is just for you — no commission
• Referral code (20%) is for your audience — earns you commission

Can I share my personal code with others?

No. Your personal-use code is strictly for your own purchases. Sharing it may lead to deactivation or removal.

When do I get paid?

Commission is paid monthly, within 15 business days of the following month.

How will I receive my payout?

Via PayPal 

What’s the minimum payout amount?

You must reach a £50 threshold before payouts are released.

Why can’t referral discount & commission exceed my personal discount?

To prevent system abuse — this keeps things fair and ensures public tools aren't used for personal gain.

Content Submission & Use

What counts as misuse?

Examples include:

• Sharing your personal-use code publicly
• Earning commission on self-orders
• Failing to disclose partnerships
• Misalignment with brand tone or ethics

How do I leave the programme?

Just send us 14 days’ written notice — there’s no long-term commitment.

What if I drop below 1,000 followers?

We may review your eligibility and pause or remove you from the programme.

Can I still receive gifts regularly?

Ongoing gifting is not guaranteed and is based on performance, content quality, and campaign fit.

What if my audience accidentally uses my personal code?

Personal-use codes are monitored. If misuse is identified, it may be deactivated to protect the programme's integrity.

Do I have to be active on both TikTok and Instagram?

Preferably yes — but strong engagement on one platform (with 1K+ followers) is the minimum requirement.

What if I need to pause due to illness, travel, or personal reasons?

No problem — just let us know in advance. We’re flexible and happy to pause your participation temporarily if needed.
