To qualify for the Programme:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have a minimum of 1,000 followers on either Instagram or TikTok
• Your social media accounts must be public, active, and focused on beauty, lifestyle, or fashion content
• You must be based in the United Kingdom

Upon acceptance, you will receive a curated onboarding gift of Pippa of London products.

In return, you agree to:

• Post 1x Instagram Reel and 1x TikTok within 2 weeks of receiving the gift
• Feature the products in a GRWM, tutorial, or lifestyle format, in your personal content style
• Tag @pippaoflondon and use proper disclosure hashtags such as #gifted, #ad, or #affiliate
• Continue to post a minimum of 1x promotional content per month (featuring gifted or purchased products)

Submit your final content via WeTransfer to saloni@pippaoflondon.co.uk to be considered for brand features (optional)

• You will earn 20% commission on the net value of referred orders (excluding VAT, shipping fees, discounts, and returns)
• Commission is paid monthly via PayPal, within 15 business days of the following month
• A £50 minimum payout threshold applies per payment cycle

You will receive:

• A custom referral link and/or public discount code for your audience (20% discount)
• A personal-use discount code (30%), strictly for your own purchases

Important:

• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited
• Personal purchases made using your referral link or public discount code are not eligible for commission
• Misuse will result in removal from the Programme

You may be immediately removed from the Programme for:

• Misusing affiliate tools (e.g. sharing personal code publicly, earning commission on self-purchases)
• Failing to post the required content within the agreed timeframe
• Breaching ASA disclosure rules or misrepresenting the brand
• No longer meeting the minimum eligibility criteria or remaining inactive

You retain ownership of all content you create

By participating in the Programme, you grant Pippa of London a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use and repurpose only the content created for this Programme

This includes use in:

• Organic reposts
• Paid advertising
• Whitelisting
• Website features
• Email marketing

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Include clear disclosures such as #gifted, #ad, or #affiliate in all promotional content
• Represent the brand authentically and professionally
• Align with Pippa of London’s inclusive, ethical, and positive brand tone

This Agreement is non-exclusive and can be terminated by either party with 14 days’ written notice

The Brand reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of:

• Content non-delivery after gifting
• Code or commission misuse
• Violation of disclosure standards
• Misalignment with brand values

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Scotland. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
